What materials do you use in your jewelry?
We only use high-quality materials including 18k gold, natural diamonds & certified gemstones.
How do I care for my jewelry?
Keep your jewelry away from water, perfume, lotions, and harsh cleaning products. Store it in a dry, air-tight pouch or box when not in use. Ideally, clean it gently with a soft cloth after every use.
Do you offer custom or personalized pieces?
Yes! We offer bespoke designs and custom engraving . Turnaround time may vary depending on the complexity of the design. Typically between 2-8 weeks.
How do I know my ring size?
We have a sizing guide and printable ring sizer on our website. Still unsure? Drop us a message and we’ll help you measure at home.
Is your jewelry ethically made?
Yes. We source conflict-free stones and work with ethical suppliers and carefully handpicked by our founder and directors.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Most orders ship within 2–5 business days. Custom pieces may take 7–14 days. You’ll receive tracking as soon as your order is on its way.
